Fast Accurate Quotes

Vanguard offers fast quoting on all types of hss, carbide tipped, carbide and diamond cutting tools. We prefer CAD drawings via email, but sketches are usable by fax or email. If sending by email we can convert the following files: *.dwg, *.skf, *.skd, *.cad, *.dxf, *cad and *.wmf

We will need the following vital information:   

• Tool material selection (hss, carbide-tipped, carbide or diamond)

• Material being cut

• Cutting diameter

• Shank diameter

• Overall length

• Number of flutes

• Rotation (straight or helical)

• Quantity

• Desired results
